My broadband speed has dropped significantly and has endless disconnections. I've reset the router and it's just the same. Cabled I can barely get 200mb on a 1gig connection. I've tried to report this online but just keep getting told it's a wi-fi issue. It's not, it's a broadband issue affecting both wi-fi and cabled connections. Please can someone look into this?
I've noticed similar too, although my speed tests show 460Mb download on a Gigabit connection, the latency at 30ms and dropouts are causing us issues for gaming and working from home over a VPN!
Someone with more knowledge than me has looked at the router logs and said the downstream power settings are too low causing millions of errors, hence the low speed and constant disconnects. Please can someone from VM confirm this and arrange for it to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.
Can you please run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.
