Package speed M500 actual results around 350

Question

On 27th November I upgraded my speed from M350 to M500. I am very disappointed. Since the "upgrade" i have only achieved 500 once. Results continuously are around 300 to 340 despite the fact the computer is connected to the hub with ethernet cable. I it possible the higher speed needs a new hub ?

Nope.&nbsp;What is the Maximum Traffic Rate in the hub status stats? VM has been slow recently getting upgrades processed.&nbsp;
