Internet dropping

I'm getting around 130 Mbps normally but get drops every few hours where I'm down to about 0.5 Mbps for a few minutes. Sometimes this affects all devices, however, there are times where it just affects one device and another device it is unaffected. There have been occasions when it has dropped out for 5+ minutes and has not resolved itself but turning the hub off and on again seems to resolve the issue but wanted to see if there was a way to stop this?
