If its a wired device it probably has a 1Gbps Ethernet port, which tops out at around 940Mbps including overheads.
If you want full speed to one device you'd need a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port connected to the single 2.5Gbps Ethernet port available on the HUB 5.
If it's wireless that's good going really.
