I'm constantly getting emails saying go on upgrade to double your speed for an extra £3 a month (currently on a 500mb package)
Yet everytime I click on the link it says I'm not eligible for the upgrade.
Why? And if not Why bombard me with emails saying I CAN?
I would like to upgrade with the extra £3 a month offer, but it never lets me. Again, why send me emails offering me the deal if I can't have it? What a joke!
Could be many reasons. Try calling in and request the upgrade and see where it gets you. Beware though you may not get it doubled for £5 - seems highly unlikely to me so dont agree to anything over the phone until you have confirmation of any offer by text/email/whatsapp.

First ask yourself what you might do with the extra speed. Even a bargain is expensive if you don't use it.
