Broadand Line 6DB error
Loads of problems with our line today in HG1 broadband speed of only 100mb on a 1000mb line. RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value.
VM's automated phoneline is a total nightmare of "sorry I dont understand that" what are we paying for if we can't speak to someone and a call to speak to someone takes 10 minutes and it goes round in circles over and over again.
This is not good customer service its a nightmare designed to make you give up in frustration! That and they are putting up price 7.5%!!! To offer worse service!
VM is not what it once was year by year it only gets more expensive and worse service! When my contract is up for renewl we will be leaving VM after 25+ years!
