1Gb Volt package

Only getting speed of 82Mb in same room as router. 50Mb or less in other rooms. 

VM Connect app hopeless. Keeps failing, saying I appear to be out!!

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the WiFi.

    Are you having issues ordering a WiFi pod via the connect app?

    I'll send you a private message now so I can check the speed to the hub and help order a Pod if that's what you'd like to do.

    VM only guarantee 30Mbps download speeds by WiFi.
