I've ordered for install in January and opted for engineer install as the Virgin box on the wall outside the house is damaged.
Question I have is, when selecting engineer install, does the engineer provide the router and TV box or will they still be posted out?
Relax, he'll bring all the kit you need and set it up for you.

As mentioned by other users here, when booking an installation with an engineer, they will bring the kit you need to the appointment. They'll also get you all set up and up and running before leaving.

Just as a side note, as many forumites on here have said on numerous other threads, it would be prudent not to cancel your contract with your current provider until you are up and running to your satisfaction with Virgin
