Welcome letter not received
Dear team, I have received my broadband kit yesterday but didn't receive a welcome letter or anything through email. Do you mind having a look into this asap please? Thank you very much!

Also, I'd like to note that I have waited more than 72 hours, checked all folders including junk and tried a search for Virgin Media and selected all folders and still haven't seen the welcome letter. Thank you very much!
