Weeks waiting to disconnect previous owners

Hi,

It has been weeks trying to get virgin to activate my new broadband but there is a hold up as the previous owners still have an active line. I have repeatedly contacted you over chat and phone and I have been advised multiple times that the previous owners would be contacted and I would get an update within 24-48 hours but I never hear back from you.

I have actually been in touch with the previous owners who said they were chasing you themselves to deactivate the line - so why is nothing happening?

    We would advise for you to tell them to reach out to us directly so we can look into this, once there connection has ended we then can look into yours.
