Weak Wi-Fi

problem with the internet connection, I ask if there is a problem

    First call 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a local fault. If that is OK then come back with much more information about your devices and how they are connected.

    I have taken a look and I can see there is an area outage lasting until the 22nd Jan 2024 at 16:00.

    In this time your performance may be affected, the network team will be working on a fix for this ASAP. Cheers
