Waiting for previous owners service to be disconnected?
Hello,
I moved into my property on Friday 20/06 and was told that my account could not be set up and broadband kit would not be sent out until the previous occupier has closed their account. This is causing stress as me and my partner WFH and needed the wifi (which was originally to be delivered on Saturday) as soon as possible.
I have tried resolving this by webchat but not getting anywhere.
Please can someone assist? I do not have any contact with the previous owners of the property.
