VM cable broken
Hi, I’m looking to switch from sky to VM. The virgin cable running across my front garden appears to be broken. Also the front of the brown box has come away.
Am I able to have an engineer repair this before o sign up.

They won't do anything until you have signed up, but you can order a technician install so they can repair the cable when they bring the equipment.
