Virgin Media not available only in my flat, other flats they have it

There are three flats in my building, including mine. My neighbours have Virgin Media FTTP, but when I check the website, it says it’s not available for my flat. How is that possible? One of the other flats is right next door to mine and they’ve had it for years.
