I have VM in my current house but am moving to a 2nd floor flat early next year (contract runs out in Jan 2026 anyway). The flat owner says he doesnt know if Virgin supply that address or can get wifi up there - how can I find out please?

If you are in a traditional HFC cable area & not one of the full fibre ones, it will depend if the property is internally wired for VM. The building owner should know this. VM can only wire externally to 1st floor height, & some councils will not allow external wiring on communal residences anyway.
thank you - the checker says its available at the postcode (there are a lot of flats there) but as its 2nd floor I dont know if it goes up that far or is internally wired. I'm hoping to buy the flat but assume I cant take VM with me if they wont wire it.
