Why have Virgin / O2 totally screwed up losing into there Apps. Can't get into Connect App. My value password won't work!! Try to verify another way and everytime you switch back it's back at the sign in page!!!

Sorry to hear you're unable to log into certain Apps with your VMO2 ID.
When you sign into your online account, are you using an email and then a password?
Can you please try resetting your Password for your Virgin Media Account, then try the Apps again?
