Unserviceable but neighbour is serviceable

Virgin online checker shows that a property is unserviceable, whereas neighbour few feet away is serviceable. This is probably to do with Virgin postcode and property database update than real issue. Can someone look into this and confirm property can get Virgin broadband? Can provide property and neighbour details as private message.

  • I am also having the same issue, I have had an engineer out previously who said the property next door has virgin so we would be able to get virgin media to my home, I did not go through at this time as I was in a contract with another provider , however when I ring the customer service team they tell me the address is unserviceable and they are not willing to send an engineer out to check for me, after explaining my case, very unhelpful.
