What exactly is "not working"? Is there any SSID being broadcast? Any lights come on if you plug in an ethernet connection?

Thanks all. I end up with a solid light which should mean it’s working but it’s not 🤔

If you have a device you can connect to one of the Ethernet outputs, then connect up. Open any browser & type 192.168.0.1 into the search bar. This will give you the hub status page & you can go from there to troubleshoot.

when I login it said internet(access denied), the diagnostic test says issues with broadband and then info says “network access:blocked”

Hello Jgraham1,
Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Have you been able to get your router connected and working since you last posted or do you need further assistance?
Kind Regards,

Bit of a Heath Robinson there, but essentially yes. The "blue" bit looks to be the isolator, and the purple end is a 15dB FP attenuator. This may or may not be required, you will not know until your service is up and running. Once running you can check the power levels. You should keep the isolator in place btw. Good advice from Client62 re the Hub lights.

Assuming use of the VM Hub supplied for this property.
Have you tried the Hub 3 on the cable that emerges from the wall ?
If the Hub 3 end up with a Green flashing bar & Green flashing arrows that
usually means no VM signal had been detected & a you will need to call VM
to arrange for an engineer to restore the connection.
VM Hub lights are explained at :
