In summer 2023 Virgin dug up our street and installed connections, however after signing all the way leave documents the installation did not proceed further than my neighbour in the terrace block next to my own (which is about 5 meters away). Initially they emailed to say they would soon turn on connections to my postcode but now it says it’s not coming. Has anyone had any luck requesting this sort of situation to be looked in to? I’ve had no luck finding out why they stopped work and didn’t go any further. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve been holding off signing a new contract with BT in case they finish the work but getting a straight answer has been impossible. Can anyone offer any words of wisdom? Am I better off giving up?
