Switch phone to router, a long way from phone podit

My phone is due to be switched  to broadband  tomorrow. The problem  is : Phone position is in the kitchen .The  router/hub is upstairs   and a long way from if the phone  is moved will not be heard...

    Thank you eventually  managed to speak to an agent on 150. Endless WhatsApp  messages with simply  links to what I  already  knew and endless messages.  Have an engineer  scheduled  at last, however  does not come up as an appointment  on the app.

      Thanks for the update. Good to hear you have an appointment booked. As it is a specialist appointment for your phone line, they do not show in your general appointments. But do not worry it will be booked in for you.
