Street green box blocking driveway

Hi I was hoping for some help please.&nbsp;There is a large green street cabinet box situated at the end of the driveway on the path, smack in the middle of the driveway making it really awkward to access the drive.&nbsp;After chasing many different companies we are told it’s a virgin box. Tried to find details of where to contact to discuss but struggling.&nbsp;The council won’t do a drop curb until the box is moved, I’m going round in circles.please can any advise as to what to do, who / where I can contact.&nbsp;Thank you&nbsp;&nbsp;
