Still unable to link my account Id with My Virgin

I got my email address changed from the order and recieved my contract pdf that bit is fine showing correct details.

But When I attempt to sign up at my virgin

I get this screen but when I attempt to enter the incorrect order email one it says its wrong as well why is getting this fixed so hard
