Slow speeds via WiFi

For the past month I’ve been struggling with WiFi connectivity and speed can anyone tell me what this means ?

    The Hub 3 log looks quite similar to ours, it tells us nothing about your Wi-Fi issues.

    We found these Hub 3 Wi-Fi setting improve stability and compatibility :

      thanks turning off channel optimization seems to have solved it

    If you have the VM Connect app, be sure to uninstal it ASAP - Connect app will repeatedly attempt to re-enable Smart Wi-Fi / Channel Optimization & suddenly the problems are back again.
