Residential address registered as business address
hi, I'm also having the same problem. The address we're moving to this week is showing as a business address and we need residential broadband. I set up my account with Virgin yesterday and it was all fine but had an email last night saying there was an issue. Now I'm told it will be 7-8 working days to look into changing to residential. I don't have that long because after that I need to wait another 2 weeks for an engineer visit (my visit booked for 22nd Sept has to be cancelled). We work from home sometimes so will need to look into another provider instead. It's a shame because virgin is fastest connection. Is there a way of speeding this up?
