Requesting for visiting service


As I am currently residing outside the UK, I am unable to make phone calls to the Virgin Media customer service line.

I would like to request an engineer visit for broadband installation at my new home in Exeter on either the afternoon of 30 August 2025 or 31 August 2025, depending on availability.

Please confirm if this appointment can be arranged, or let me know the next steps I should follow.

    Have you used the online postcode checker to confirm if VM can provide a broadband service at the proposed installation address?  

    https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/postcode-checker 

    If successful then you can continue form there with the online registration and select and confirm the proposed installation date.

    If the checker says it isn't available then even though you say you can't make calls to the VM customer service line as you are abroad, you could still chat with the sales team by calling them on 0800 183 1234.
