Request hub 5 upgrade.

Hi I would like to know if i can get a free upgrade from Hub4 to Hub5. My hub is starting to disconnect device randomly and zi have to keep rebooting the hub this can be up to 3 or 4 times a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Reads more like a signal issue or local service fault.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any broadband issues.

    I've done some checks now and your Hub has been up for 68 days. Can you unplug it for us when you get chance. Leave for a few minutes, then plug it back in?

    The Hub's are designed to be kept powered on but a reboot every once in a while helps as well :).

    If it's also only WiFi devices, please download the Connect App - https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app when downloaded, run the wireless scans in the property :)
