The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Call 150 and pick any option and once you get through to someone explain the situation. They will book for an engineer to come. They tried to charge me £25 for engineer visit but I refused to pay as it's not my fault box cover has broken and said I'd leave the wires exposed. Have engineer visit booked though not received conformation text or email. Good luck
