Replacement cover for my outside box

I've just joined this and need a replacement cover for my outside connection. Am I in the right place to ask for one?

      Do you mean the omnibox which should look like the one in the picture below?

      If so a member of the forum team should pick this up in  aday or two, but they may ask you to post a picture of it, so best to do that as soon as possible.
