As you have stated you have been offered full fibre by EE in your area for a price that is desirable to you, when coming to the end of your contract you are welcome to reach out to us to discuss a renewal quote which we can offer you, not all prices can be matched but we do try to offer the best that we can with the discounts and offers that are available to you. If we cannot meet an agreement you can submit your 30 day notice to terminate or the One Touch Switch process with your new provider that will take care of the terminating side with us.
