Removal of Virgin box from driveway

I have recently purchased a property where there is a large box of cabling outside, which I'm informed belongs to Virgin. It blocks our driveway meaning we are unable to park on there. Please can you advise of how I can go about getting this removed or relocated to allow us to access our driveway? Thank you in advance

    I thought that box shape looked familiar, and I've realised where there's one near here, just a different colour.

    It's near to traffic lights and obviously houses the controls for them. If the OP lives near traffic controls of some sort, it's probably doing a similar job, and will be Council property.

      Yeah Google Images reckons it probably has "danger electricity" on it somewhere.
