Relocating router/modem

How do I get my modem/router moved to another room and will virgin media do this?

    VM will move it for £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

  • Finally got a DM - which I replied to. Then got a 2nd DM requesting for answers to sercurity questions, but now it won’t allow me to reply!

        The first time I replied to the DM it at reply option to select on the emails since I do get this option and when I reply as normal it just bounces back saying address not found
