I'm sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble getting the support you're looking for. To clarify, are you saying that you want to rearrange the install set up that you currently have? If so, we can send out an engineer to sort that out for you, but there would be a £25 call out fee in order to do so. This would be added to the next bill.
