Relocate Hub

Hi,  I would like to relocate the hub in my home and have seen previous posts stating I can pay a £25 call out to get this done by Virgin.

I have tried calling customer service but have had no luck in actually getting through to a human so thought I would try my luck on this forum.

Appreciate the help.

    Yes, standard £25 non fault call out fee for this type of work.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
