Relocate Fibre Access Point

Hi,

I've recently moved house and my office has pretty weak WiFi signal and i'd prefer a wired connection.

Is it possible for Virgin Media to come and move where the Fibre enters the property?

    Yes, you can phone CS and book a non-fault technician visit, cost £25. If you can't find a human to talk to, wait for a VM person to pick this up.

    We can however move the router if you wanted us to do this at a charge of £25?
