Prolonged and Delayed Installation

Hi,

Placed an original order mid September, this install was delayed 3 times because of permissions needed for external works as there was concrete, nevermind the numerous calls I made saying there was a 'soft dig route' to the property. I then cancelled this order and reordered. This install was also delayed once then externals done by approx Nov 20th. Internal install was 1st Dec and completed by engineers who then informed me that ther was a fault with the external works and that they would have to rectify within 24 to 48hrs, anyway the 3rd Dec came and went, no Internet. I call and get told been rescheduled to 5th, 5th comes and goes, still no Internet. I call again to be told 8th, I call on 8th to ask for a time they are due, to be told they can't contact the install team but can escalate my complaint and that i will hear back within 24hrs!!! I've waited 3 months so what's another 24hrs lol. 

Numerous phone calls and I only find out about rescheduled when I call them, there has been no contact made to me from VM. All I am waiting for is someone to rectify a fault with the external install!!!!
