Private road 5 metres from virgin fibre infrastructure.
Dear Virgin,
I’m writing to ask for your consideration to install full fibre to our property, as well as the other properties on our private road. The properties adjacent to us, in the public adopted road called “South Park Gardens, Berkhamsted, HP4 1HZ”, already receive full fibre from Virgin. So we know you have very close (less than 5-10m to our road) full fibre infrastructure.
My postcode is HP4 1JT, and we are based on Eleanor Close in Berkhamsted.
Given the very close proximity to your full fibre, and given that all owners in our private road wish to have full fibre, is there anything we can do to escalate and request Virgin come to our road to install?
We can provide any necessary wayleaves needed for access also.
Would you consider sending a "spotter" down to investigate, or to have a discussion with me on the phone?
A few of us on the road have registered interest, I've spoken to your sales team, and I've sent in an email, but am yet to hear back from you.
