Postcode checker no longer shows my address

Several months ago I checked the Postcode Checker to see which services were available at my address. At the time the message was that service was not currently available and to fill in the "Keep me posted" form, which I duly did. 

Since then, not a thing. Cabling work was carried out in the street in summer, and I thought I would soon be hearing when the service would be available, but nope. 

Now when I use the Postcode Checker all the even number addresses in my postcode have been removed, no option to even check. A chat assistant only asked if the house was a new build and seemed to be totally uninterested in checking why the even numbered addresses were not showing, simply saying that sometimes neighbouring areas are not connected. Okay, but why not just say that when I use the Postcode checker, rather than just deleting addresses as if we don't exist.

Why offer a "keep me posted" option when there is no intent to do so?

    It sounds like they have cabled only one side of the street. There could be technical or cost reasons for this. 

    'keep me posted' if anything changes. They won't contact you if it hasn't.

    As mentioned by jpeg1, once the form is filled in, we'll only get in touch if and when we're ready to offer services to your address. I'm happy to find out if there are any current plans in the making for you. To do that I will need your full address. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
