I would like to thank you for your service and offer my gratitude to Andrew who I believe works in retentions. He was very prompt, clear and precise as well as factual, polite and quick/efficient.


He gave great customer service and is a credit to your company. He helped me understand my current billing and amended my current contract retaining my services for a further period.
