Poor installation - excess cable
We had fibre broadband installed yesterday and the engineer left several loops of cable underneath the brown box. I'm not happy with the appearance of this and would like to know who to contact to get this rectified.

Cut the cable tie off the cover and lift it off, you will find the incoming fibre coiled up inside, you can the cut the tie off the external loop and recoil it next to the incoming fibre, then refit the cover. As it’s fibre it needs to be in large coils and not bunched up. Easy job, you might need to unplug the fibre that goes into your house to coil it up.
