Please pass on this review to our technician Alex

Hi Virgin Media Team, 

Not long ago we had a technician fix, fit and start up our new WIFI box and cables to the house. His name is Alex and has the ID 52220. He was polite, knowledgeable and pacient, working quick, clean and efficient to set us up. We can’t thank Alex enough, after all the hassle with the previous 4 other technicians whom were unable or under equipped to set us up, when Alex arrived he went above and beyond and even correct the mistakes of previous technicians.
please pass on this praise to Alex, Can’t emphasise enough how valuable technicians like Alex are to the success of your company. He should be rewarded for his hard work which most likely goes unnoticed!
