Outside Virgin Box broken

Hi there, my Virgin Media outside box has broken and come away from the wall of the property and needs to be replaced.  I'm concerned the cables are exposed, how can I get this replaced please.

    I have checked the system and can see you have spoke to the team since posting and got an engineer visit booked in.
