We're sorry to hear your omni box has broken. I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to repair for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Hi, we’ve got the same issue again. The box is broken because the last time it was ‘fixed’ the engineer simply used cable ties rather than actually fixing/replacing the whole box (as can be seen in attached photo). Can you please arrange for this to be fixed again, preferably properly this time so it doesn’t keep happening?

Sorry that this has happened again. We can arrange to get an engineer out to get this fixed for you. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
