Ordered WiFi but received no welcome email or delivery information

Hello, I ordered WiFi which is meant to be delivered in two days, however all I have received is the 

  • thank you for your order email
  • pre contract documents email 

my WiFi is meant to be delivered in two days, but I have not received any further information and canโ€™t create an account. I was told I would receive the below but have not:

  • confirmation of delivery date
  • email of contract

Please can someone help?

    Hi A-wifi-needed- 

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
