Order placed but not received welcome email or delivery information

Hi,

Placed an order with setup for the 9th of July. I haven't received an email other than the contract, therefore I can’t create and account and the router hasn’t arrived.

please can you help?

    Hi Sam,

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

      Hi, I'm having the same issue. All I have an order reference number from approving the pre-contract documents.
