Order of new broadband
Hello I've ordered a new broadband package and the installation date is Saturday March 1st. I've received the pre contract email only. There's been no follow up email. My talk talk account has already messaged me to say that another company is switching me over. I can't get any details of my order online without having an account. What do I need to do to check the progress?
