Order never arrived

Hello, my order number is CH2068747095 for my new broadband package and it was meant to arrive on the 26th May. I have not received any parcel tracking numbers or any confirmation that it has been sent. I am also having trouble finding any numbers to speak to anybody about this issue. What do i do? I need my Internet as I am working from home and this is causing me a huge inconvenience.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
