Hi community, I'm a new joiner and like to check connected devices, when I click on the network option it shows my hub and the number of connected devices, but it showed one TV box a week ago which I thought was strange, and it now shows 2 TV boxes.. I only have broadband and no TV boxes! Is this normal or not.. anyone tech security savvy who can answer this question?
Chloe040788. The Connect app is not very good at identifying some devices. It used to be possible to correct this via the Hub but the facility to rename devices has been removed.
I have two Google Chromecast devices on my network which the Connect app identifies as being TV boxes.

Keep blocking unknown / unrecognised stuff on the Connect app and you will soon cause an almighty mess that may need to be unravelled with a factory reset of the VM Hub.
