Not sent Welcome Email

I have just received an order confirmation for a plan at the new house we are moving to. What is the timeframe for being sent a Welcome email? I would like to change the delivery date for my box to our move in day.

Also, is it possible to have the box delivery address changed to my current address so that I don't have to worry about the delivery being missed?
