Not received delivery information from Yodel
Just had the same thing happen. Called to add broadband to my package a few days ago and was told my broadband and new TV box would be delivered today. No yodel tracking email received so found your post. Spoke to an agent on live chat to be told it's not showing in transit but will be escalated to a manager, and not to worry I will get it in 2-3 days!! Terrible service from VM. They obviously know they have supply/delivery issues so why keep informing customers of made up delivery dates?!
