No Virgin Media wall box at new property

Hi,

I have recently moved into a new flat and have arranged for my existing Virgin Media contract to be transferred to the new property. 

I have been sent a Quickstart kit, but it turns out that there is no Virgin Media box on any of the walls at the new property. Instead there is just a loose coax cable with no fitting on the end (ie. just a bare wire poking out of the end of the cable).

What do I need to do to get this sorted out?
